The development proposal consists of 442 apartments across two towers:

- 111 two bedroom apartments
The development includes four ground level retail tenancies along a new laneway as well as a 900m2 market retail space and 400m2 gym.
Designed by Bureau Proberts, the development includes a podium level resident recreation deck with pool, gardens and outdoor kitchen.

The curved design looks great! Nice to see it has large balconies! This close to the city it’s great to se 20 stories!
