S&S Project’s newest 97 apartment development Esprit at Rainbow bay has recorded $71 million in sales over a ‘soft’ launch weekend.
“Luxury demand is pulsating across the southern Gold Coast,” S&S Projects’ Paul Gedoun said.
“Esprit is a new luxury residential high-water mark for Rainbow Bay on so many levels and that has been validated by the extraordinary number of sales secured over the weekend.
“It is more than a breathtaking place to call home and these astute buyers have recognised and been drawn by its superb location, exceptional level of amenity and superiority of design.”
Esprit, at 6432 Boundary Street, Coolangatta is S&S Projects’ third venture in the beachfront residential precinct.
It comes off the back of the developer’s sell-out of its $74 million Flow Residences as well as sales success at its nearby Awaken Residences, which set a new penthouse sale price of $8.15 million for the southern Gold Coast.
Esprit has been designed by Cottee Parker Architects and comprises two interconnected buildings offering coastal living in a collection of 72 two-bedroom and 25 three-bedrooms apartments across 12-storeys and 8-storeys.
Apartment prices start from $825,000 for two-bedroom units (109 sq/m – 128 sq/m) to $3.7 million for three-bedroom units (151 sq/m – 215 sq/m). Buyers comprised approximately 70 per cent local owner-occupiers and 30 per cent interstate from Sydney’s beachside suburbs and the intercity and fringe suburbs of Melbourne. Three-bedroom units start at $1.915 million.
The development will be crowned by the Gold Coast’s first ever residents-only wellness rooftop.
‘Club Esprit’ will span more than 1,100 square metres and encompass every wellness and recreational amenity for the ultimate lifestyle balance.
It will provide an athlete standard of physical and mental rejuvenation, with a fully equipped gym, yoga lawn, private remedial treatment room, ice bath, infrared sauna, steam rooms, 25-metre lap pool and poolside cabanas.
The wellness amenity is balanced by recreational space, including a children’s lawn with modern play equipment, private dining room, private terraces, BBQ areas and an outdoor cinema.
“Not only are residents securing an immaculately designed home but essentially also a lifetime membership to one of the most impressive and exclusive wellness clubs to exist on the coast,” said Jayde Pezet of KM Sales and Marketing.
Mr Gedoun describes Esprit as a project “born from Rainbow Bay’s natural incitement of a restorative lifestyle rooted in enjoyment”.
“It’s the chance to live within a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about cultivating a lifestyle entrenched in recreation and restoration,” he said.
