On the 21st of June, CBRE will launch the first release of Spice Apartments located at 25 Bouquet Street, South Brisbane.

The project has already received overwhelming interest from local buyers vying to secure a slice of the project.

CBRE Residential Projects Managing Director Paul Barratt said Spice offers significant value for buyers who attend the launch on 21 June.

“Spice is truly a well positioned development which takes advantage of stunning views towards South Bank’s Cultural Precinct and the CBD. The building has been designed so that 80% of the apartment are CBD facing and enjoy this valuable north east aspect.” Mr Barratt said.

Developed as a joint venture between Abacus and Kilcor, the first release comprises of 124 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments across 14 levels and has been designed by architecture firm Rothelowman.

Apartments sold at launch include air-conditioning to all bedrooms and living areas, oak timber flooring, quality Bosch stainless steel appliances, gas cooktops, integrated dishwasher and access to the stunning 14th floor rooftop pool and bbq area.

“South Brisbane is this city’s most exciting suburb to live in with popular dining strips like Boundary Street in West End and Little Stanley Street in South Bank all located within easy walking distance”.

Mr Barratt explains Spice equally benefits from recently completed infrastructure developments such as the Go Between Bridge and Airport Link, which connects Spice to Brisbane Airport in 14 minutes as well as the Kurilpa Bridge which provides a direct pedestrian and cycle link to the CBD.

“Spice is the closest development in the South Brisbane Kurilpa and West End Riverside precincts to the CBD and the South Bank amenity and for this reason provides a truly walkable residential opportunity where everything, including the CBD, can be enjoyably accesses on foot”.

“The new Cultural Precinct Masterplan is also a very exciting blueprint for the local area which will transform the existing Cultural Precinct into a world class cultural destination set to include new theatres, hotels, dining, science and learning facilities all within a 5 minute walk”.

“I recommend everyone interested in Spice should book an appointment early in order to secure a time on launch day. It is very possible that we will sell out Stage 1 at launch. For this reason we are running a three week preview period to allow as many interested parties as possible the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the project prior to launch”

“Renowned architecture firm Rothelowman has meticulously designed chic yet practical and exceptionally spacious apartments which start from $425,000 for one bedroom apartments, $495,000 for two bedroom apartments and $685,000 for three bedroom apartments.” Mr Barratt said.

The one bedroom apartments are up to 71 square metres making them the largest one bedroom apartments available in South Brisbane. The project also includes a stunning 166 square metre 2 bedroom penthouse and spacious three bedroom apartments on the prized north east corner of the building.
