Mosaic Property Group’s fifth Indooroopilly development, The Henry by Mosaic, has seen over half of its 55 apartments secured by buyers in just over three weeks.
Named for the formative Australian architect Henry Hunter, whose original heritage-listed home The Henry sits alongside, the $37m contemporary boutique project follows the success of Vive by Mosaic, located 80m away and completed in September 2019, selling-out well in advance.
Located on Clarence Road, surrounded by exceptional amenity including the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre only 150m away, the development comprises generously sized 2- and 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments with open plan living, premium finishes, including European appliances and reconstituted stone benchtops, elevated ceilings and large doors that open onto spacious and private balconies.
Residents will also benefit from access to an extensive array of amenity, including two-lift access, secure basement car parking, ample bicycle storage, and an expansive rooftop recreational area with pool, barbeque and entertaining spaces, and a beautiful green urban vista with city glimpses.
The Henry has a limited range of apartments remaining, with 2-bedroom priced from $595,000 and 3-bedroom from $855,000. Construction is due to commence in early in 2020.
Mosaic Property Group Founder and Managing Director Brook Monahan said the success of Vive, along with the Group’s already strong reputation in the area, saw an overwhelming level of interest generated before public release, along with a waitlist of buyers loyal to the Mosaic brand.
“We had several buyers who missed out on Vive and have been waiting for this opportunity, local owner-occupiers in particular, who crave low maintenance living without sacrificing on design, space, amenity and quality.”
The latest release brings the total value of Mosaic’s Indooroopilly developments to over $100m, and close to 200 apartments, within less than a 1km radius.
“Indooroopilly is a really special area to us; it is such an iconic Brisbane suburb of a stellar pedigree with exceptional access to world-class lifestyle, shopping and education offerings, and numerous employment hubs,” said Mr Monahan.
“We have continued to raise the bar on each of our developments and The Henry is, without doubt, our best yet in the area, offering a level of amenity beyond anything that has been delivered to Indooroopilly to date.”
“The successful early sales prove that people will always appreciate excellent design in a well-connected and serviced location, key factors that ensure Mosaic buyers realise enduring value in their investment.”
“The fact we retain the management and caretaking rights of our buildings for 25 years post-completion is also really appealing to buyers who understand we have a vested interest in ensuring we continue to add value to our buildings by keeping them well maintained and as immaculate as they were on the day the keys were handed over.”
“It’s critical to us that our buyers love where they live now, and well into the future.”
