A new mixed-use dual-tower development has been proposed for 1478 – 1484 Logan Road, Mount Gravatt.

Proposed by Makro Pty Ltd, one tower will be a commercial tower for office use with its own separate entrance lobby and lift service with another adjoining tower being for residential use comprising 47 apartments.

A ground floor café and healthcare premises are also planned via a new public plaza thoroughfare.

Another retail shop tenancy is to be located partially below ground and fronting onto Bothwell Street. A three-level basement will be located beneath the two towers to accommodate associated car parking with a total of 134 parking bays provided.

Road widening is proposed on all three site frontages by the Brisbane City Council.

The project has been designed by Peddle Thorp.

The development application number for this project is A004980066.
