Little Projects has launched its new residential development known as Signature in Broadbeach.
The project marks the developers first development in Queensland and has designed the project which aims to capture a beach side style of living.
“People live on the Gold Coast or visit the Gold Coast for the lifestyle, so we chose to emulate that in every aspect of our development,” say Leighton Pyke, Development Director at Little Projects.
Designed in collaboration with architects Rothelowman, all of the apartments are oriented to capture ocean views.
“Signature offers a genuine Gold Coast beach lifestyle that embraces its surrounding landscape,” says Pyke.
“The interiors are refined, with natural palettes designed to complement the surrounding beachside landscape.”
“The interiors offer a mix of relaxed coastal living and elegant sophistication with the natural stone and marble finishes through out.”
The development features one level of residential amenity known as ‘The Deck’ which includes a 50-metre infinity edge pool, a resident’s lounge and dining room, an outdoor barbecue and teppanyaki grill area with casual dining, a cinema and gymnasium. A sauna, steam room and spa are also part of the mix of amenity. A ground floor cafe is also proposed.
“This has to be the only development on the market with this level of amenity,” says Pyke.
“In addition to providing superior quality spaces, Little Projects developments are all about lifestyle and how people live. We want people to enjoy their surroundings and we aspire to create communities within each development we deliver.”
Signature residences will be released to the market this weekend and start from $475,000 for one bedroom, $620,000 for two bedroom and $1.48m for three bedroom.
