Jewel Private Residences has reported $140 million in sales and announced a $60 million release of an additional 30 apartments in its Sapphire Collection. The development, located on the Gold Coast, has sold out its first releases of apartments.
The residences are situated between Main Beach and Burleigh Heads and are connected to The Langham Gold Coast. The $1.5 billion three-tower precinct, Jewel, is the only three-tower development on absolute beachfront between Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise.
Developed by AW Holding Group and partnered with The Langham, it provides amenities such as a beachfront lagoon pool, café, restaurants, and wellness facilities. The newly released apartments range from one-bedroom plus multipurpose room (MPR) apartments to three-bedroom apartments with MPRs, with prices from $948,000 to $6 million.
TOTAL Property Group is presenting Jewel Private Residences to the market. Managing Director Adrian Parsons said, “We styled and sold 18 display apartments this year since we opened the initial seven as the displays were being sold on inspection, requiring new displays to replace them.”
He noted the strong demand for the residences, highlighting their prime location and the immediate availability of fully completed apartments.
AW Holding Group Director of Sales and Marketing, Yutao Li, stated, “Jewel is a postcard from the Gold Coast to the world because our market for Jewel Private Residences and The Langham, Gold Coast is not only local but also global.”
He added that the structures have become a landmark for the Gold Coast, providing a luxurious destination for residents and hotel guests.
Jewel, located at 36 Old Burleigh Road, Surfers Paradise, features apartments in the Sapphire Collection of Jewel Private Residences located in Tower 1, which also includes exclusive resident-only amenities on a Level 3 podium overlooking the beach.
The Langham, Gold Coast, spans the central tower and lower floors of the three-tower Jewel, marking the first prestigious international hotel on absolute beachfront to arrive on the Gold Coast in over 30 years.
