Burly, a luxury residential apartment building, has received development approval to be constructed on a double site overlooking the beach in North Burleigh on the Gold Coast.
The $430 million project is set to transform the area with its 24-level, 101-apartment collection of luxurious two, three, and four-bedroom residences and penthouses, developed by David Devine and his team at DD Living.
Preparations are underway to officially launch the luxury development, with construction expected to start at the end of this year and completion by 2026.
The building features an abundance of lush green space, inspired by six-star private residences around the world, and a design that blends sophisticated cosmopolitan elegance with beachside living.
The architectural design by Koichi Takada, which sets a new benchmark for beachfront living in Burleigh Heads, is inspired by the whitewash meeting the sand and the natural curvature of the coastline.
Burly’s premium beach and club lifestyle amenities of exceptional standard and style span two whole levels, and the development features a lush streetscape with 40 meters of frontage. The Information Centre is open daily on-site at 264 The Esplanade, North Burleigh.
According to TOTAL Property Group Managing Director Adrian Parsons, Burly is a unique opportunity to own an expansive, premium apartment overlooking the beach in the highly sought-after North Burleigh area.
“The spacious three-bedroom-plus multipurpose residences at Burly are getting a lot of interest from buyers who would normally be looking for houses,” Mr Parsons said.
Burleigh Heads is considered a “dining destination” by Gold Coast locals, with charming cafes, chef-hatted restaurants, boutique shopping, entertainment venues, and public spaces punctuated by the heritage-listed Burleigh Headland and National Park.
Burly is conveniently located on one of Gold Coast’s most desirable residential beachfront strips, just 13km from Gold Coast International Airport and 6km from the Pacific Motorway providing easy access to Brisbane and the capital city’s international airport.
DD Living has a reputation for ultra-premium residential apartment buildings, such as the $435 million Royale Gold Coast at the exclusive, absolute beachfront strip of Northcliffe Terrace in Surfers Paradise, currently under construction by Hutchinson Builders.
