Extremely poor street activation along Nudgee Road with essentially no footpath activation allowed for retail tenancies fronting the road. Shops should have the ability to open out to the Nudgee Road rather than inward facing looking at a carpark. The town planning of this is very old school. By prioritising vehicle usage ahead of pedestrian access, this proposal further helps to entrench car usage in the local area by making it very easy to drive in while being less inviting for pedestrians and cyclists. Shops should front the street with the carpark positioned at the back to maximise streetscape appeal. Shopping Precinct Proposed for Eagle Farm
