Shayher Group has released new renderings of their new $300 million 84 storey residential tower as part of the Brisbane Quarter development.

Multiplex has commenced construction on the tower with completion expected to be in late 2021.
Formerly the site of the Supreme Court of Queensland, the Brisbane Quarter precinct occupies 7,892 square metres of prime riverfront inner-city land and fronts North Quay, George, Adelaide and Ann Streets.

There are literally three buildings in Brisbane with one in the name. which is annoying.
There is Brisbane 1 (U/C) and The One West End (U/C) and in the CBD they have the One Brisbane (U/C) and the formerly proposed Brisbane No.1 (TBA).
