Boutique apartment builder-developer Raise Projects is set to launch a new six-storey apartment building called Bloom on Wesley to the Brisbane property market, offering buyers large oversize apartments with elevated city views.

Positioned in Brisbane’s city-fringe suburb of Lutwyche, Bloom on Wesley incorporates 36 spacious two-bedroom plus study, three-bedroom plus study and three-bedroom plus multi-purpose room apartments across six levels with resort-style amenities featuring a rooftop infinity pool, gymnasium, BBQ and recreational area.

The luxury urban apartment development is located within Lutwyche’s central hub with shopping and dining in walking distance, and exceptional public transport and road networks that provide easy access to the inner city, outer suburbs and coastal destinations.

Designed for the astute homeowner, Bloom on Wesley is a premium residential development featuring spacious apartments up to 159sqm in a variety of floor plans, with modern open-plan living spaces and large entertainers’ balconies or courtyards spanning up to 66sqm.

Prices at Bloom start from $495,000 for two-bedroom apartments and from $645,000 for three-bedroom apartments.

Bloom on Wesley development company, Raise Projects, is a Brisbane-based builder developer committed to creating boutique apartment buildings that encapsulate the local lifestyle and community spirit.

Raise Projects Director Ramy Raymond said it was exciting to have the opportunity to develop such a perfectly positioned site in a major growth city fringe suburb.
“We wanted to make the most of the location by creating a contemporary urban apartment building that caters for the desires of its residents.

“Our architect has designed the building to maximise light and space while delivering on our commitment to creating oversize living spaces that are innovative, sophisticated and sustainable,” he said.

“Our vision is to develop an apartment building of uncompromising quality for residents who want to upsize their life by combining the convenience of urban apartment living with all the comforts and space of a house.”

“By being a builder developer, we oversee every aspect of the build which enables us to deliver a premium product while passing on savings to our apartment buyers.”

Bloom on Wesley Marketing Manager and TOTAL Property Group Managing Director Adrian Parsons said the city-fringe suburb of Lutwyche was fast becoming a lifestyle destination of choice for home buyers looking for property in Brisbane.

“The Bloom on Wesley development site is perfectly positioned in an area where we are seeing increasingly high demand,” he said.

“Lutwyche has been undergoing a transformation over the past few years and is emerging as a city-fringe hotspot for urban living.

“The suburb has plenty of character and history that gives it charm and all the modern conveniences and infrastructure in place to support a thriving community.

“There has been a spike in interest from people who are looking for spacious apartments in established northern suburbs like Lutwyche where they can enjoy a cosmopolitan lifestyle and fast easy access to Brisbane’s CBD.

“Bloom residents will be able to leave their car at home and walk to do just about anything; from browsing the quirky shops along the shopping strip to picking up some groceries at Lutwyche City Shopping Centre or popping on a bus or train for a short ride to the city, the options are endless.

“We are excited to be launching Bloom on Wesley by Raise Projects, which is redefining liveable spaces for the apartment dweller.

“We see a lot of benefit to buyers dealing with a builder developer who has control over the entire process, to deliver the best outcome for the buyer.

“This is a unique opportunity for both owner occupiers and investors, as we are seeing very strong interest in Bloom’s spacious and competitively-priced apartments from buyers and tenants.”

Bloom on Wesley is located at 17-21 Wesley Street in the heart of Lutwyche just 5.4km from Brisbane CBD and only minutes away from the Airport Link motorway.

The site is 350m from the Lutwyche City Shopping Centre, which is currently undergoing a $60 million refurbishment, and is central to major infrastructure in Brisbane’s north including the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital 2.8km down the road and QUT university campus and many private and public schools within 5km.

Bloom on Wesley features the latest in architectural innovation with particular attention given to residential recreation; large entertainer’s balconies and open-plan living spaces elevated by the rooftop pool and entertaining area with city views.
