“It is always our objective at HG Developments to create unique living spaces in premier locations that rate high for lifestyle,” Mr Gundelach said.

“Our primary focus is the owner-occupier market and as always, our vision is to elevate the level of luxury and space at Alouette for people looking for the ultimate inner-city apartment.

“The site at Newstead North offered us a prime opportunity to develop a premium boutique apartment building that exceeds expectations with larger than average apartments and resort-style amenities in this vibrant inner-city location.

“We have seen Newstead fast become a lifestyle destination of choice, with the very popular retail and dining destinations of Gasworks and James Street nearby and its convenient location just 3km from Brisbane’s CBD.”

Luxury apartment marketing agency TOTAL Property Group is managing the sales of Alouette Residences Newstead and is expecting high demand, considering the development’s quality, the inner-city location and Brisbane’s currently understocked owner-occupier apartment market that has been intensified by South East Queensland’s property growth.

“Newstead is one of Brisbane’s most desirable inner-city suburbs and Alouette’s location is within an owner-occupier enclave in Newstead North,” TOTAL Property Group Managing Director Adrian Parsons said.

“In the current market conditions, we see Alouette as a limited opportunity for discerning buyers to purchase a brand new apartment of uncompromising quality in one of Brisbane’s best inner-city locations.

“We have been working with HG Developments to present the prestige apartment market with these incredibly well-appointed apartments. The spacious and cleverly designed floorplans, amenities tailored to the owner occupier and prime location combine to present a limited opportunity for those seeking a premium apartment.

“Based on our research, the average size of apartments in Alouette are amongst the largest currently for sale across inner Brisbane, and in most cases are significantly larger than competing developments in the immediate locality.

“Apartment with two car spaces are becoming a rarity in Newstead and all Alouette Residences apartments have at least two car spaces.”

Mr Parsons said the buying criteria for discerning purchasers looking at luxury apartments included resort-style amenities and Alouette was meeting expectations with premium facilities including an exclusive recreation deck on Level 8 with a swimming pool, seating and barbecue areas.

Alouette’s floorplans include butler’s pantries and study nooks, with Miele kitchen appliances in all apartments. Of the 57 apartments in Alouette, 31 have multi-purpose rooms to suit buyers looking to make the transition from a traditional house to a low maintenance apartment lifestyle.

Alouette is positioned between Newstead Park and Waterfront Park in the Newstead North area renowned for its high-end apartments and strong owner-occupier presence.

Newstead is an area of increasing high demand, due to its location 3km from Brisbane’s city centre and within a short walking distance to retail and dining destinations Gasworks and James Street, along with excellent public transport and road network connectivity.

Prices in the first release of apartments at Alouette Residences Newstead start from $580,000 for one bedroom apartments featuring multi-purpose rooms in a variety of floorplans from 96sqm (includes balconies). Two-bedroom apartments start at $720,000 and range to $1.4 million for three bedrooms plus MPR and upward of $1.415million for four-bedroom apartments.
