The Backshall Group have submitted a proposal for a 28 storey residential tower located at 35-39 Merivale St, South Brisbane.

Designed by Ellivo Architects, the project comprises of:

  • 52 Two Bedroom Apartments
  • 239 Apartments Total
  • Parking Total: 247

The development includes a 2 level sky garden every four levels, a gym on level 23, pool on level 4 and a BBQ area on level 27.

Following the release of Soda Apartments, 35-39 Merivale Street is one of a few planned residential tower developments in the area thanks to continued apartment demand in South Brisbane as well as the area’s generous 30 level height allowance.
