James has been working in the property sector since 2019 and is also a dedicated Property Economics student. His current role is in development site sales for Colliers International.
James has been involved in over $65,000,000 worth of transactions since 2020 with a wide array of clients both private and corporate. This has resulted in him developing an extensive understanding of the transaction processes (from a development and project sales perspective) for off the plan, brand new, established, luxury, investment, lifestyle and development properties.
