Daisho’s redesigned ‘Brisbane River Tower’(18)
Daisho, the owners of Mincom Central have updated a proposed submission to build a 34 level commercial tower on 174 Ann Street. The tower has been designed by Crone Partners, the architects of 275 George Street and Sydney’s Citigroup Centre. Devine submits proposal for 37 floor Camelot Tower(0) Plans for Devine’s new Camelot residential apartment tower for 30 Albert Street on the corner of Margaret and Albert street has been submitted. The city grid between Margaret Street and the Botanical Gardens will soon be completely transformed as a new DA for Devine’s Camelot residential apartment tower on the corner of Margaret and Albert Streets was submitted today. The 37 level tower will consist of 420 one and two bedroom residential apartments, half a floor of office space and a restaurant and retail space on ground level. |

Albert Street – Brisbane’s New Subway Station(0) Brisbane will soon have a new underground station at lower Albert street, with the Cross River Rail team releasing plans for it’s newest planned underground station. The subway tunnel, branded as ‘Cross River Rail’ will be designed to hold a capacity of 120,000 people during peak hours and includes four new underground stations which are proposed for Boggo Rd Urban Village, Wooloongabba, Albert St (CBD South) and Roma Street (CBD North). The stations will cost around $100 million each while the total estimated price tag on the Cross River Rail project itself is around $8 billion. The project will be funded using federal and state government funds, while retail and commercial opportunities will be created inside the stations in order to source private sector funding.
