New Facade Unveiled & Brisbane’s Retail Boom(1) Update – The Wintergarden’s new interactive facade has been unveiled at a VIP launch last week. The facade uses thousands of small LED lights to mimic the environment around us and can be programmed for special events. The facade is a first in Australia and signifies Brisbane’s growing appetite for modern public art. Green Light for Fish Lane Apartments(0)
Update: Fish Lane Apartments on the corner of Melbourne and Cordelia streets is now under construction. The project has also hit a funding milestone with 75% of the building sold, which includes three of the four ground floor retail tenancies. This has triggered the green light from financiers.
