New Facade Unveiled & Brisbane’s Retail Boom(1) Update – The Wintergarden’s new interactive facade has been unveiled at a VIP launch last week. The facade uses thousands of small LED lights to mimic the environment around us and can be programmed for special events. The facade is a first in Australia and signifies Brisbane’s growing appetite for modern public art. Metro’s Broadway on Ann, Fortitude Valley(1)
Metro Property Group has just submitted yet another proposal for a residential tower in the Fortitude Valley. The project’s site at 977 Ann Street (opposite the Waterloo Hotel) currently houses a car lot and has been recently purchased by Metro Property Group.
