New Facade Unveiled & Brisbane’s Retail Boom(1) Update – The Wintergarden’s new interactive facade has been unveiled at a VIP launch last week. The facade uses thousands of small LED lights to mimic the environment around us and can be programmed for special events. The project’s site at 977 Ann Street (opposite the Waterloo Hotel) currently houses a car lot and has been recently purchased by Metro Property Group.
